This comfortable, air conditioned yoga studio is based in Warner Beach and offers classes in Hatha Yoga, comprising yoga postures or asanas to develop a healthier, stronger and more balanced body and mind;breathing techniques or pranayama to purify and revitalize the entire system; and deep relaxation or yoga nidra for total relaxation of the body and mind.
